What we collect
When you ask about a room or message us (website, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, phone or a property website), we keep your name, phone number, the messages you send and which room you asked about. Tenants also give us their ID card, contract and payment details when they move in.
How we use it
Only to answer you, show you rooms, arrange visits, run your tenancy (rent, receipts, reminders) and keep the records the law asks of us (for example police registration of guests). We don't sell your details and don't send you advertising messages you didn't ask for.
Who else sees it
Our messages go through Meta (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram). Some replies are written with the help of AI services (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude), which process the message only to write the reply. Our staff see what they need for their own buildings. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for up to two years; tenancy and payment records for as long as the law and our accounts need them.
Seeing or deleting your data
To see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, WhatsApp or call us on +923038455888 and say "delete my data". We'll do it within 30 days and tell you when it's done (records we must keep by law, such as payment receipts, are kept but no longer used to contact you).
